Use of the platform
By using Cordvertise, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. We may review, approve, reject, pause, or remove campaigns, partner activity, balances, or account access when needed to protect the platform, users, or partners.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and all actions taken through your account. You must not use Cordvertise to submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or misleading content.
Campaign content and destinations
You are fully responsible for your ad copy, creatives, links, landing pages, tracking setup, offers, and any claims made in your campaign. Approval of a campaign does not transfer responsibility for legal compliance away from you.
Delivery and reporting
Dashboard statistics, partner reporting, click counts, and delivery analytics are operational reporting tools. These figures may update, settle, or change after validation, fraud checks, partner reconciliation, and internal quality review.
Balances, payments, and refunds
Account balances may only be used within the platform unless a refund is approved under the Refund Policy. Charges, campaign spend, or balance adjustments related to fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, or policy violations may be reviewed, reversed, restricted, or withheld.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to Cordvertise at any time when we reasonably believe an account is involved in abuse, manipulation, payment risk, fraud, policy violations, or behavior that could harm the platform or its partners.
Limitation of liability
Cordvertise is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cordvertise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the platform, campaign performance, partner actions, or temporary service interruption.
